Day 56: Not much happened

Well not much happened today. As far as I can tell framing crew didn't come back and finish. Only thing that did happen was garage doors were installed and a new post was added in the garage. Insulation is supposed to start tomorrow and hopefully still does.

As far as garage doors go, they need to cut out some concrete at door sill because the foundation crew did not form it correctly. Also seems like the garage installation crew could benefit from the use of a level.

Day 53: Electrical, Framing and more...

I visited the house around 12:30 today and to my surprise the whole house was wired already, must have only taken them like 4-5 hours.  Plumbers were leak testing the pipes and a crew was installing the fireplace.  Also the new framing crew was in there taking care of everything that was left by the other crew.  Things are really moving along today, which is what I like to see.

Looks like they had to move the location for the electric meter, which is fine by me as it put the electric panel in a location under the steps in the basement.

Day 52: Low voltage wiring

Guardian showed up today to do the low voltage wiring, which it looks like they got all completed.  Radon company came in as well and installed a passive radon system, and the plumbers wrapped up their work.  Heard from project manager that he has one of the best framing crews coming tomorrow to get everything wrapped up.  He also said he isn't going to push electrician to Monday and he will be there tomorrow as well.  Glad things are getting back on track, but I'll see how tomorrow actually goes first.
