Week 1 (July 7-13) - Excavation, footing, foundation
Week 2 (July 14-20) - Water proofing, utilities, back filling
Week 3 (July 21-27) - Basement and garage slabs were poured.
Week 4 (July 28-Aug 3) - Lumber delivered, no work
Week 5 (Aug 4-10) - Framing
Week 6 (Aug 11-17) - Framing...
Week 7 (Aug 18-24) - HVAC, Plumbing, Framing fixes
Week 8 (Aug 25-31) - HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Still fixing framing
Week 9 (Sept 1-7) - Insulation, Drywall
Week 10 (Sept 8-14) - Drywall
Week 11 (Sept 15-21) - Drywall finishing/sanding, painting, trim work
Week 12 (Sept 22-28) - Trim work
Week 13 (Sept 29-Oct 5) - Driveway paved, hardwood, vinyl, and tile installed.
Week 14 (Oct 6-12) - Gutters, Carpet and Final Trades
Week 15 (Oct 13-19) - Punch Out Crew
Week 16 (Oct 20-27) -
Week 17 (Oct 28-Nov 3) - Pre-settlement Oct 28th, closing Oct 30.
