Counting down the days until we finally break ground....Here is a list of some of the selections we made in regards to structure and add-ons.   Also, remember to always save all your communications with Ryan Homes, you never know when they will try to pull a fast one.

Basement

• 3 piece plumbing rough-in
• Recessed lighting / HVAC package (16 lights and 7 HVAC vents)
• Bathroom exhaust fan rough-in
• 200A service

Garage

• Floor drains

First Floor

• Double patio door
• Dining room windows
• Level 2 cabinets
• Upper corner cabinet to have glass door (non-standard)
• Fireplace with granite surround

Second Floor

• Bonus room
• 2nd bathroom
• Tray ceiling in master
• Roman shower
• Level 2 cabinets
• Vanity height in upstairs bathrooms to match master bathrooms (non-standard)
• Door from bedroom #3 to bathroom (non-standard, we didn't go with jack & jill)

• Added 7 light rough-ins in all the bedrooms, great room and study
• Added 1 extra outlet to garage

The Lot

The lot is all staked out and ready to be excavated. They were supposed to break ground this week, but at our pre-construction meeting we noticed our plot plan did not show the front porch.  So now we are told they won't break ground until July 8th since they had to re-submit the plot-plan with the front porch and re-order the lumber.
