Interior Selections
Master bathroom will have white cabinets, white marble counter top, with level C tile for flooring (grey) and shower (white with accent strip).
First floor will have 5" engineered hand-scraped hardwood through-out except great room. Great room will have level C carpet. Upstairs is level A carpet. Everywhere will receive the level B 8lb padding.
Kitchen will have white linen cabinets and cherry java island (counter top sample that is above white cabinet, base level as we will change this ourselves later) All other upstairs bathrooms will have cherry java cabinets, white tops and laminate flooring. Laundry room will feature same white cabinets and counter top as kitchen.
