Looks like they were able to pour the basement and garage slabs today. Working late though, as they were still there at 6:30pm when I got there and looked like they still had some work to do in the basement to smooth it out.
Did you put two drains in the garage? Do you feel like you need 2? We are planning on building a Landon so this is really helpful. Also, anything you would do over again or differently? Or anything that is a must have?
Yeah there are 2 trains in the garage. That's what they picked when I selected the drain. Probably could have only had the one but doesn't hurt to have 2.
As for what would we do different. Not really sure. Maybe would have added morning room too but it's not really necessary in our case. The bonus room is a nice perk. We also didn't do a jack and Jill bathroom but did add a door from the one bathroom in there.
We aren't doing the Jack n Jill bathroom either. I saw your door which makes for a nice addition. I keep going back and forth with the Bonus Room. Did you make it into a game/TV room? And is your HVAC air return sound quieter off the kitchen after you got the new acoustical duct work?

Yeah our bonus room is like a play room for our daughter.
DeleteAir return is much quieter since they fix the duct.
