Day 21: Lumber delivered

The lumber was delivered today.  Hoping they can start on framing soon.

My buddy has a DJI Phantom 3 so he brought it over to the lot for some aerial shots.

Day 18: Slow going

The lumber is set to deliver on Monday, but Project Manager says they are behind on framing as they have had lumber sitting at 2 other sites for almost 2 weeks now without any framers.  Hoping they get them started up or get enough crews to start all of them.  Things were moving to fast to slow down now.

Day 16: Nothing new...just curing concrete

Just some new pictures after they finished smoothing the concrete.  Took some panoramic shots so things may look distorted.

Day 15: Slabs poured

Looks like they were able to pour the basement and garage slabs today.  Working late though, as they were still there at 6:30pm when I got there and looked like they still had some work to do in the basement to smooth it out.

Day 14: Little progress

Past couple days there hasn't been much progress.  They put all the gravel down in the basement and still have to do the garage.  I'm told slab pouring will be on Wednesday now.  Project Manager says we are still ahead of schedule so no worries there.

Day 10: More plumbing and backfill

Today they finished running the utilities up to the house (water, electric, gas, and sewer).  Looks like they just about finished running all the sewer drains in the basement and drains in garage.  They also backfilled around the house.  Next step will be to get the garage and basement floors poured before the framing begins, that might happen tomorrow or Monday.

Day 9: Utilities Plumbed

Today there was more progress.  They ran the french drain around the base of the foundation, all the down spout drains, and also the sewer tie in.  Tomorrow they will probably wrap that up, get the gravel in and possibly back fill.

Day 8: Waterproofing

Waterproofing was put on the foundation today.  Was raining when I got there so things were pretty muddy.

Day 7: Forms removed

The foundation forms were removed today, looks like that was about it. Supposed to rain tomorrow so not sure what they will get done.
